CONTRACT TO CLOSE

5 Star Leverage takes over the transaction from the time of the executed contract to closing.  We will be the first point of contact and your liaison on the Buyer side of the transaction and additionally the following is included:

• Introduction emails & maintain contact to all parties throughout the transaction

• Ensure all documents are accurate

• Coordinate and order inspections 

• Coordinate signatures on any additional documents during the transaction 

• Updates sent regularly to all parties ​

• Schedule closing 

• Compliance / Commissions entered into preferred platform

• Review the final HUD/CD
